Terms and Conditions
By engaging with Soulportals or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Deposits and Payments
- Deposits made for tattoo bookings are non-refundable.
- Payments for tarot and oracle readings are also non-refundable once the session has been booked or completed.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Tattoo appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Tarot and oracle readings may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Service Limitations
- Soul Portals reserves the right to decline services at our discretion.
- Tattoos will only be performed on individuals aged 18 and over.
- Liability
- Soul Portals is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from tattoos or readings.
- Clients are responsible for aftercare following tattoos, as instructed.
- Intellectual Property
- All designs and materials created by Soul Portals remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced without consent.
- Changes to Policies
- Soul Portals reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
